Inventory Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities Contact current and prospective customers regarding vehicle purchase opportunities

Identify customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles

Build and maintain relationships with previous customers and new leads

Generate appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions

Work closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory acquisition goals

Follow up consistently through phone, text, email, and CRM systems

Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking

Stay informed on current market conditions and vehicle values

Assist in sourcing quality pre-owned inventory for the dealership

Inventory Acquisition Specialist Benefits and Compensation Pay range:$7,500 - $15,000 per month

Acquisition Specialist Qualifications Proven experience in automotive acquisition, sales management, or dealership operations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer engagement ability

Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff

Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to trade-ins and vehicle acquisition

Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
