Responder Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a Responder Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets for diverse clients. In this mobile role, you will respond to alarms, patrol facilities, and conduct safety checks while following strict procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring access points, deterring unauthorized activity, documenting incidents, and coordinating with emergency services when needed. You will use security technology, radios, and reporting systems to maintain situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms and service calls across assigned client locations.
• Conduct mobile and foot patrols to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and enforce site-specific security procedures and post orders.
• Observe, document, and report incidents, hazards, and policy violations accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with emergency services and site contacts during security or safety incidents.
• Operate security technology, radios, and reporting systems to maintain situational awareness.
• Provide professional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Participate in required training, drills, and certifications to maintain qualifications.
• Follow all Securitas and client safety, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
