Semiconductor Field Service Engineer - for LAM Research x Insight Global

• 12 openings based in Hillsboro, OR
• 6 openings based in Phoenix, AZ
• Can hire at level I, 2 or 3!

• 4/1/26 – All 18 resources start and attend training together; no exceptions, cannot start earlier or later than April 1st.

• Comfortable with 80% travel; domestic
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, installing or repairing electromechanical equipment (2-3 years experience minimum)
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Associates degree in Electronics or Engineering

• Experience working with / troubleshooting robotic equipment
• Experience supporting semiconductor equipment
• Military experience in the following MOS’:
  • Load Master
  • Vehicle Tech

Insight Global is looking for Field Service Engineers to join a leading equipment manufacturer within the semiconductor industry. This individual will be responsible for traveling to different sites to do installations of the equipment. The first 15 days they will designate what tool set they will be working on and what customers they will be helping do installations for. From there, the first 30 days they will be scheduled for a 3 week training.

They will then be traveling every 6-8 weeks to different locations to install the equipment, where they will go home after week 6 each time for an admin week. On top of installations, they will be assisting in troubleshooting, repairs and routine maintenance on the equipment.

• Level 1: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour plus per diem
• Level 2: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour plus per diem
• Level 3: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour plus per diem
