Job Responsibilities
* Location:
Hillsboro, OR
* Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC rooftop units, plumbing, and other building systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure.
* Support and maintain assigned facility systems (e.g., UPW, PCW, CDA, vacuum, exhaust) under direction of the Facilities Manager.
* Assist in cleanroom construction activities, including site readiness, utility hookups, and coordination with contractors and trades.
* Document and track system performance, maintenance schedules, and vendor activities.
* Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and building code requirements.
* Coordinate with contractors for service, repairs, and upgrades.
* Contribute to long-term maintenance planning and improvement of facility systems. Other
Job Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting during system issues or utility interruptions.
* Escort vendors, manage contractor access, and support safety coordination on site.
* Assist operations and engineering teams with utility knowledge during tool installations and commissioning.
* Build cooperative working relationships with co-workers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
* May perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of hands-on facilities, building systems, or maintenance experience.
* Ability to maintain HVAC equipment (RTUs, VAVs, controls) and plumbing infrastructure.
* Familiarity with process utilities such as ultrapure water (UPW), process cooling water (PCW), compressed dry air (CDA), vacuum, and exhaust (willingness to learn if not already experienced).
* Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across mechanical and utility systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to document work and update system records.
* Comfortable working independently while handling day-to-day maintenance tasks.
* Able to travel locally as needed (
