About SoBro Tower: SoBro Tower builds and maintains the wireless infrastructure powering the future of communication. We’re looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn, grow, and take on the challenges of tower work. This is a hands‑on, entry-level role with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless systems.
- Conduct PIM, sweep, and fiber testing with accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Ensure site safety and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with Foremen and Project Managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of tower experience, including leadership or top‑hand roles.
- Competent Climber/Rescuer and OSHA 30 certifications required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel 4–5 days at a time.
- Demonstrated technical skill and safety record.
