Field Service Engineer - Decon​/Demo

Day Shift, M-F 8 Hour Days

$35 - $48+ Hourly DOE

• Chamber Wet Cleans
• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
• Pump purging of gas lines.
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
• Perform complete tool shutdown.
• Power off all the system and related subcomponents
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures.
• Daily pre-task planning with customer
• Document all Decon activities (2D
  - Decon checklist)
• Reporting status of Decon project.
• Follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE

• Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment
• Minimum of 5+ years OEM direct experience

• L3 FSE Skills
• AMAT EPI platform
• LAM 2300 Dry Etch platform
• ASM Eagle, XP8 platform
• L3 FSEs with 10+ yrs experience doing Decon & Demo

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8‑10 hrs at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50‑75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
