Position Overview

The Property Damage Restoration Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our restoration projects. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property damage restoration, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively, along with great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of restoration technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Assess property damage and create detailed work scopes and estimates in collaboration with clients and insurance adjusters.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in restoration technology.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property damage restoration, with a strong understanding of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical And

Work Environment Requirements

Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, And Travel Requirements

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt FLSA status position, working 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected. Additionally, there is a rotating nights and weekends on‑call schedule for emergency services all production employees are required to assist with.

$23.00 to $28.00 per hour
