Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift (7am–4pm)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr to $35.00/hr, DOE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines
  • Perform complete tool shutdown
  • Power off all system parts and related subcomponents
  • Follow all LOTO and customer procedures
  • Daily pre‑task planning with customer
  • Install caps/plugs, shipping fixtures, and casters
  • Disassemble the tool in preparation for removal from the fab
  • Document all deinstall activities (2D – Deinstall checklist)
  • Report status of the deinstall project
  • Follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE
Requirements
  • Must know decon/install/deinstall on OEM equipment
  • Junior Field Service Engineers: 1–4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Senior Field Service Engineers: minimum of 5+ years of OEM direct experience
Physical Effort/Activities

May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8–10 hrs at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50–75 pounds.
