Onsite Service Engineer

Role

Your mission as the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers' technology through your expertise. Your work supports the operational success and technological advancement of industries that rely on these technologies.

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Serve as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• High School Diploma.
• Preferred: an Associate’s Degree (full military equivalent may substitute).

• 1–3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer‑facing experience.

• Strong customer focus to ensure solutions meet expectations and timelines, aligned with company strategies and processes.
• Self‑directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems within job responsibilities and to escalates through appropriate channels when required.
• Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand the customer’s business.
• Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
• Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
• Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety, and health obligations are met.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to speak distinctly and read/write clearly.
• Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
• Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work (e.g., technical drawings).
