Wells is seeking a diesel/ trailer technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trailers, ensuring safe and DOT-compliant operation. You will work with production and maintenance teams to maintain fleet readiness by completing work orders, inspecting tires, brakes, and structural components.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in tire maintenance, electrical/hydraulic systems, and general repair skills.
