Master Certified Technician Qualifications
- Must hold Master Technician Certification (ASE Master level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of General Motors vehicles, systems, and OEM repair procedures
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, software, and tools for complex repairs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with service advisors, parts staff, and customers
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and GM factory training programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education preferred
Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
