Master Certified Technician Qualifications

• Must hold Master Technician Certification (ASE Master level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of General Motors vehicles, systems, and OEM repair procedures
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, software, and tools for complex repairs
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with service advisors, parts staff, and customers
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and GM factory training programs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school education preferred

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
