NALS Apartment Homes in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join The Colonnade Luxury Apartments. You will handle service requests, turn vacant units, maintain pools, and keep grounds and common areas in top condition, with on-call rotation and weekend availability.
Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance is preferred; paint, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills are a plus.
