Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AMPay: $28–$32 per hour, DOE Picture This It’s 2:00 AM. A conveyor stops. You lock out and tag out, trace the fault, and spot a worn bearing. Your Core Responsibilities Own preventive maintenance schedules and routine troubleshooting for plant production equipment.

Apply mechanical know-how, basic electrical ability, welding, and light carpentry to complete work orders efficiently.

Operate AC/DC welders, oxygen/acetylene cutting tools, forklifts, and a broad range of hand/power tools with care.

Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) rigorously and respect all safety shutoffs before any intervention.

Prioritize daily tasks to align with production demand and minimize downtime.

Document work clearly and communicate status with teammates.

Qualifications

Experience:

2–3 years of verifiable industrial mechanics, industrial welding, and industrial hydraulics.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent education, training, and hands-on experience).License:
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; push/pull loaded materials.

Comfort with ladders, catwalks, and maneuvering around/under/on equipment in an active plant.

Skill Set Mechanical aptitude, solid basic math, and meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to read, write, and speak English for manuals, safety guidelines, and work orders.

Strong personal responsibility for safety and teamwork.
