Boys & Girls Aid's Safe Place Shelter in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a Part‑Time (20 Hours) Youth Care Advocate.
Shift- Saturday: 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm
- Monday: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Pay: $21.00 per hour
- Flexible time off & holiday pay

What You’ll DoAs a Youth Care Advocate, you will provide direct care and mentorship to youth at Safe Place Shelter. You will help build routines, foster positive relationships, and support youth in their transition to stability.
- Assisting with daily living, homework, and applications
- Leading age‑appropriate activities
- Modeling communication and problem‑solving skills
- Implementing trauma‑informed care strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience in mental health, social services, or a related field OR 2+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
