The Southern Oregon Education Service District’s psychological services department seeks to expand its team of school psychologists. Positions include full‑time and part‑time contracts (0.5–1.0 FTE / 190 days per academic year) and internship options. The district is a government agency that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, making it an attractive place for recent graduates and experienced professionals aiming to repay student loans.
POSITIONGOAL
Provide assistance to assigned schools with psychological evaluations, instructional and behavioral consultation, crisis intervention, and staff development activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Oregon Personnel Services license with School Psychologist endorsement.
- Master’s degree in school/educational psychology from an accredited college or university.
In person, at assigned school(s).
ORGANIZATION & BENEFITS (For 0.5 FTE and above)- Southern Oregon ESD contributes up to $2,182.00 per month for qualified employees.
