Software Engineer
The Advanced Technology Group at NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Systems Software Engineer to develop advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Responsibilities- Work with leading technologists to build industry‑leading advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design.
- Exploit GPU capabilities to dramatically accelerate these software solutions.
- Support the cadence of semiconductor innovation by accelerating yield and time‑to‑market.
- MS (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of research or industry experience.
- Track record of innovation, such as invention of computer algorithms.
- Experience developing and delivering complex software for semiconductor fabrication or design.
- Experience scaling software to efficiently utilize millions of compute hours and process petabytes of data.
- Deep understanding of technology and strong passion for the work.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment.
Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and internal benchmarks. The base salary range is $152,000 – $241,500 USD for Level3 and $184,000 – $287,500 USD for Level
4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
