Overview
As part of the IFA team, you will partner with end users in Fab Manufacturing and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions specifically tailored for highly automated factories. You will work closely with Software Development teams to execute testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation of business processes, supporting 24/7 manufacturing capabilities in a high‑visibility role.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration and engagement with internal customers/partners to identify emerging data/business needs and trends.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to mitigate and solve technical and manufacturing challenges.
- Execute implementation and testing of application/database software releases.
- Adapt and prioritize work based on changing needs of the factory.
- Provide L3 end user support by participating in a 24x7 on‑call rotation.
- Co‑develop tools/business processes that support efficiency.

- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
- Education:
BS degree with 3+ years of experience, OR MS degree with 2+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. degree with experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years’ experience with PL/SQL development.
- 2+ years’ experience with RDBMS schema design development.
- Active U.S. Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Oracle Certification (OCA, OCP, or OCM).
- Experience with RDBMS Systems (Oracle, MS‑SQL, Postgres etc.).
- Experience with C# programming language.
- Agile Programming and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience with Software/Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- LEAN methodologies.
- Experience with Business Process analysis and documentation.
- Experience with a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
