Shift Times
  • Mon 4–9:30 p.m.
  • Tue 4–9:30 p.m.
  • Wed 4–9:30 p.m.
  • Thu 4–9:30 p.m.
  • Sat 7 a.m.–1 p.m.
  • Sun 8 a.m.–1 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean, neat, and well‑stocked facility, including towel service management, locker clean‑outs, amenity stocking, and related tasks.
  • Be an integrated “Whatever is needed” member of HFAC’s team culture, willing to work at events, the front desk, cleaning, completing a report, or some other duty.
  • Handle concerns and challenges with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Greet and welcome guests and members in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer questions and connect customers to the correct information, whether on the telephone or in person.
  • Communicate, execute, and enforce HFAC policies and procedures.
  • Follow directions and be highly responsive and responsible to others.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
  • Possesses strong customer‑service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time‑management skills.
  • High‑energy and outgoing, welcoming to all ages, genders, fitness levels, and backgrounds.
  • Having experience with fitness, yoga, sports, recreation, or team activities is a plus.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid Certified or receive certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Must exhibit the ability to learn new software programs.
  • All applicants are welcome; we are especially looking for weekday morning and midday availability.
Compensation

$16.30 – $16.50 per hour
