Fleet Representative - Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is seeking a dedicated & customer-focused Fleet Representative to join our dynamic team! As a Fleet Representative, you will manage the acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of fleet vehicles, while overseeing service and parts coordination to ensure smooth operation of fleet vehicles throughout their lifecycle.

• Direct supervision, hiring, and evaluating the work of employees as a first-line supervisor.
• Make decisions regarding whether vehicles meet environmental standards, and determine whether they should be purchased, serviced, or disposed of.
• Develop and administer vehicle/equipment asset management processes, including procurement, servicing, maintenance, and disposition.
• Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely repairs and availability of necessary components for fleet vehicles.
• Establish and monitor purchasing, operational, and replacement strategies and practices for the most cost-effective fleet operation.
• Ensure unit compliance with all Federal, State & Local laws and regulations related to vehicle repair shop operations, vehicle maintenance, and mobile equipment care.

• 1–3 years of Fleet Management, Service, or Parts experience with a good track record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
