Base pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 hourly.
Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating a forklift and other material handling equipment for shipping, receiving, and picking. Activities include loading, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The Associate also counts and inspects product, and reports damages or discrepancies. The Associate ensures safe and efficient operation of all equipment and performs assigned duties to support company objectives in performance, safety, and quality.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesShipping Responsibilities
- Use a gas or electric powered forklift to load outbound shipments, manage product, and stack materials accurately according to standard operating procedures.
- Use a gas or electric powered forklift to unload inbound shipments, replenish, stack, and store product as defined by standard operating procedures.
- Use a forklift to pick orders accurately, stage them, and prepare them for shipping including packing, banding, shrink‑wrapping, and labeling.
- Verify received, handled, and shipped products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies.
- Execute safety protocols, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, and assist in security.
- Operate sit‑down, stand‑up, reach truck, sweeper scrubber, scissor lift, cherry picker, aisle master, or pallet jack.
- Maintain and report equipment problems, inspect and perform minor maintenance daily.
- Operate all equipment safely and follow prescribed methods.
- Maintain an active forklift certification.
- Assist in building, grounds, or equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment and ability to operate MHE with packaging and labeling experience.
- Previous mechanical experience.
- Inventory tracking experience.
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
Other ConditionsMust be able to work in unregulated temperatures and stand for long periods.
Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesComputer Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- RF scanners.
- WMS functions.
- English (reading, writing, verbal).
Basic to intermediate level for inventory quantity verification.
Other- Strong attention to detail and timely completion.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Communicate with multiple teams and managers.
- Multitask and self‑starter.
- Organize tasks and meet timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating environment.
- 1–3 years experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- 1–3 years forklift experience.
- Current or prior MHE certification.

21–50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
