Western Express has immediate openings for entry level company truck drivers and driver trainers. No experience is required; training will be provided (CDL‑A required).

Drivers will handle dry‑van freight (100% no‑touch) or flatbed freight, with drop‑and‑hook. Work may involve OTR or regional routes, with home cycles of 12‑16 days for OTR or weekly home for regional. Earnings can rise to $80,000 for new grads and up to $100,000 for experienced drivers and trainers, with incentive bonuses up to $3,400 per week per team.
