SummaryAs a Logistics Coordinator, CEC at DSV, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, materials, and products from suppliers to customers. You will work closely with various departments to ensure shipments are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications. Tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and resolving issues during the shipping process are also part of your responsibilities.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs documentation
- Track shipments and manage inventory levels
- Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions
- Monitor transportation costs and work to minimize expenses
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and developments
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
- Experience working in a transportation or logistics company is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience using transportation management software is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required
- Experience using transportation management software is a plus

CompensationExpected base pay: $20.75 - $27.75 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
