Pacific Rail Services is looking for full-time permanent Non CDL Drivers to join our team at the BNSF Portland, OR Terminal in a recession‑proof industry. No experience is required; we will train you from day one.
Both day and night shifts are available. Starting rate is $19.80 per hour with available overtime. Potential earnings in the first year are $55,000 to $65,000.

- Must be 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a 7‑year background check, a drug test, and a physical capabilities test

Applicants must currently live within a 45‑minute commute of Portland, OR. Candidates from outside the area or requiring relocation will not be considered.
This position is suitable for individuals interested in warehouse work, delivery driving, forklift operation, outdoor work, landscaping, and railyard duties. You will be employed directly by Pacific Rail Services and will not be considered an employee of the railroad.
