Data Center Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and inventory operations within a fast-paced data center environment in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing storage areas, and ensuring materials are available to support critical data center operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or material handling within a technical environment. This individual will work closely with operations teams, warehouse personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient material movement, accurate inventory records, and timely support of operational requests. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

• Receive and process deliveries within inventory management systems.
• Handle incoming devices, hardware, and consumable materials.
• Ensure materials are properly secured, organized, and stored.
• Prepare, pull, and coordinate shipments to other locations and warehouses.
• Create and manage project pallets and material staging areas.
• Support urgent material requests for operational teams.
• Perform inventory accuracy checks and weekly device scans.
• Execute cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process return-to-stock transactions in both physical and system inventories.
• Maintain organized storage areas to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support logistics operations.
• Assist with movement and handling of technical equipment as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, inventory, or material handling operations.
• Experience working in a technical, manufacturing, or data center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
  Ability to lift and move equipment consistent with operational requirements.

• Experience supporting data center logistics operations.
• Experience working with servers, network equipment, or technical hardware.
• Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or enterprise inventory software.
• Experience supporting large-scale operational or technology environments.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
• Full-time schedule:
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Contract assignment expected to last 6+ months.
