The Shipping & Receiving Team Member I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities- Maintain an organized warehouse environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- Receive, stock, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Pick and pull orders by identifying both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Remove trash daily and transport it to the on-site dumpster.
- Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
- Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
No prior warehouse experience is required.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps.
- Use hands and arms to handle, move, and organize inventory.
- Regularly lift and carry 10 to 20 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
