Had Enough of Being a Greeting Bot Instead of a Valued Culture Catalyst? If you're exhausted by the monotony—answering phones, stamping badges, and watching the day slip away behind a desk while real ownership and connection evaporate—you’re not the problem. You pursued this path to make a difference, not just check boxes. At Wisenbaker, we believe reception is culture in action, not compliance.
We know the person greeting the door shapes everything that follows—and that’s why this role matters. Spanish fluency (written and spoken) isn’t just nice to have—it’s required.
Your Why Here:
To be the friendly, professional bridge between our visitors, teams, and purpose—creating an environment where people feel valued, safe, and connected from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Be the face and voice of our company by greeting visitors, issuing passes, explaining site safety, and ensuring no one enters without proper approval.
- Own our phone system, answering within two rings and professionally routing calls.
- Run our lobby with pride—keep it clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Manage mail and correspondence (check every other day).
- Welcome job candidates and connect them with directors for onsite interviews.
- Handle photocopying, data entry, vendor calls, and other duties as needed.
- 2+ years in administrative, receptionist, or HR support roles.
- Bilingual Spanish (spoken & written).
- High school diploma/GED; prior experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; comfort with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
