The Continuous Improvement Engineer supports facility-wide initiatives focused on improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance. This role provides hands‑on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization by working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operations and implement improvements. The position is designed to develop foundational skills in industrial engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and cross‑functional improvement projects
- Assist in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
- Participate in root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving activities
- Help implement standardized work instructions and best practices across operations
- Support cost reduction initiatives related to materials, labor, and process efficiency
- Conduct time studies, process analysis, and other industrial engineering evaluations
- Assist with new product introductions and process change implementation
- Maintain documentation for continuous improvement projects, including reports and action plans
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
