We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Medication Technician to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Hillsboro Texas.

Position Responsibilities- Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Complete accurate medication and clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, residents, and families
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
- Current CMA / Medication Aide Certification recognized in the State of Texas
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and medication-safety practices
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Must meet all applicable Texas licensing and facility requirements
