• Total Base Pay: $27.25 USD/Hourly
• Greater than 5 years verified experience or vocational certification.
• Must be certified on forklift. Must be certified on scissor lift.
• Certified on boom lift.
• Certified on all PIT.
• Ability to read structural and mechanical blueprints.
• Able to read electrical schematics.
• Ability to rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
• Able to rebuild pumps.
• Ability to wire single and three phase motors.
• Ability to run new power to machines.
• Able to weld horizontal, vertical and overhead with an ARC and Mig welder.
• Full understanding of startup and operation of all machines.
• Able to conduct all PMs and manage PM program.
• Able to train/teach new maintenance men.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC or computer-controlled machinery.
• Able to place new machines, apply all power and air, and get machine ready for production.
• Able to manage inventory of repair parts and order when needed.
• Able to work with outside contractors, get bids and communicate options to management.
• Able to create/Manage PM program.
• Must have documented performance at this level for 1 year.
