• Run CNC machinery and equipment efficiently and safely to keep production moving.

• Monitor workflow and minimize downtime to keep the production line running smoothly.
• Follow SOPs and strict safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets excellence before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Bring fresh ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production; cabinetry experience is a must.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
• A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions with precision.
• Team‑player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Basic mechanical know‑how, problem‑solving abilities, and tape measure reading.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when required.
