Wisenbaker is looking for a dedicated crew member to thrive in our manufacturing team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll provide the backbone of production, keeping tasks on schedule and customers satisfied.

• Operate machinery and tools to produce high‑quality products.
• Follow safety protocols and work instructions to meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate any issues or improvement ideas.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is helpful; experience in cabinetry is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work at speed and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow precise instructions.
• Team‑player mentality with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Basic mechanical knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency reading measurements (tape measure).
