The Mold Builder at Wells Concrete constructs precision wooden forms and mold components for precast production. You will read blueprints, measure to 1/16 inch, and assemble forms with a wide range of hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and reliable, with safety in mind and the ability to work from drawings, manage time effectively, and contribute to a team-focused production floor.
