Wells is seeking a Yard Rigger to safely direct crane operations during the lifting, moving, and placement of precast panels. You will use rigging equipment, communicate continuously with the crane operator, and ensure panels are handled, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently.
Ideal candidates are safety-focused, highly alert, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced production environment. You should be comfortable working at heights and with heavy equipment.
