* Position Summary:

**** Hiring Salary Range:** $45,204.64 to $49,725.10 depending on qualifications.

Supports the admissions application processing team reviewing admissions applications to admit prospective students to the college utilizing Salesforce CRM.
** This is a full-time temporary position ending on 6/30/2027.  There is an opportunity, but not a guarantee, for this to become a permanent position.

* Job Duties:

*** Resolves duplicate student records in the Salesforce CRM and Workday systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
* Converts historical records into active students within the Workday Student System to support the admissions application process.
* Assists with the development, coordination, and execution of admissions application and enrollment fraud prevention efforts through research, data analysis, and trend identification.
* Provides advanced analytical support to the transcript evaluation team by conducting comprehensive evaluations of transfer coursework to determine equivalencies and degree applicability.
* Investigates and resolves complex outgoing transcript processing issues
* Supports the Academic Records Officer with college-wide backend admissions and records processing, including detailed analysis, auditing, and corrective actions for quality control over data, reports, and workflows.
* Assists the Academic Records Officer with creating and managing documentation for operational processing.
* Assists the Academic Records Officer with training presentations for district and campus staff.
* Provides data entry support for various assigned admissions applications, records, and enrollment processes.
* Provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email related to assigned programs and processes.
* Collaborates and communicates effectively with departments and college personnel to complete assigned tasks and projects.
* Perform related duties as assigned.

** The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
