Description:

** Provides administrative and operational support to Student Services and campus Testing Centers. Assists with coordinating testing activities, maintaining testing procedures and documentation, and supporting district wide and campus-specific testing operations. Serves as a liaison between students, testing staff, and external testing agencies to ensure accurate information, compliance, and efficient service delivery.

* Job Duties:

*** Provides administrative support for campus Testing Centers and Student Services operations.
* Assists with the coordination of testing policies, procedures, and programs at the campus and district level.
* Supports national, state, and private testing programs by assisting with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and communication with testing agencies.
* Supports Test Center staff, test proctors, and student assistants by coordinating assignments, materials, and schedules.
* Helps ensure daily Testing Center operations meet student needs and institutional requirements.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** One-year of experience with Microsoft 365. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications are required.

* Minimum Qualifications:

** This position requires a High School Diploma or GED.
