Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000 annually Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in NJ. CME Registration is preferred
- 15+ years of experience in municipal engineering.
- Experience working with municipalities, local, county, and state agencies
- Progressive experience working directly with clients, developing relationships, with proven ability to win work
- Excellent communication, business development, project management, and client relations skills
- Strong organization and leadership skills with a track record for understanding and adhering to contractual requirements
- Municipal client representation, project management, and meeting attendance
- Review development submissions for conformance with SALDO, zoning, grading, and stormwater management, escrow accounts, and construction administration
- Design of infrastructure projects, including stormwater management and infrastructure rehabilitation.
- Preparation of local, county, and state permits.
- MS4 programs, including preparation of information materials, illicit discharge inspections, and annual reporting.
- Ability to draft and prepare effective and efficient project proposals
- Construction support services, such as contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget management
- Strong understanding of project financials and reporting; maintaining compliance with project financial objectives, including utilization, profit, and overhead
- Manage and grow the office of Municipal Engineering Discipline
- Participate in local civic and professional organizations such as the chamber of commerce, ASCE, and NSPE to promote the Company
- Retention and development of Client relationships
