As the Branch Manager, you will be the driving force of the Hillsborough office leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex civil and municipal projects, and developing new business opportunities. You will represent the firm as a trusted advisor to clients, ensure projects meet the highest standards, and play a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s regional footprint.

• Leadership & Team Management:
  Lead and mentor a team of engineers and surveyors

  Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and continuously improved
• Project Oversight & Technical Expertise:
  Oversee civil engineering design efforts including reports, calculations, construction drawings, and specifications

  Conduct technical reviews of staff work, reports, correspondence, and deliverables

  Troubleshoot complex engineering challenges and provide technical recommendations

  Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of engineering and management experience
• NJ Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proven experience in land development and municipal project delivery

• Strong technical skills, with the ability to clearly articulate engineering concepts
• Experience preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction-phase engineering support
• Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems
• Demonstrated leadership, staff management, and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience developing detailed reports and client proposals
• Proficiency in standard software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong regional client relationships and the ability to generate new business
