Position Type: Full-Time Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil design, preferably in land development or infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Develop detailed civil engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist in the planning and design of site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems.
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, profiles, cross-sections, and details.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Support permitting processes by preparing required documentation and responding to agency comments.
