Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused DSS Coordinator to join our team in Hillsborough, NJ. This role serves as the first point of contact for technical and service-related issues across the business and plays a key role in ensuring incidents are managed efficiently through to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a structured approach to incident management, and the ability to provide reliable onsite support across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all issues raised by business users
  • Gather and document complete and accurate details of reported issues to enable quick resolution
  • Take full ownership of incidents
    , managing them through to resolution or appropriate escalation
  • Configure and support office hardware and software
    , including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Perform day-to-day system monitoring to identify and prevent potential service-impacting issues
  • Research ideas, tools, and concepts to recommend effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Provide onsite support to clients at various locations as required
  • Maintain clear documentation and updates for incidents and service requests
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
  • Experience with incident management or service desk operations
  • Basic knowledge of office hardware, software, and systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite and travel to multiple client locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a DSS, service desk, or IT coordination role
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
