Fipsar Inc. is looking for a skilled Veeva CRM Consultant / Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM and strong exposure to Life Sciences / Pharma business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and customize Veeva CRM based on business requirements
- Work on modules such as Call Reporting, Accounts, CLM, Events, and Territory Management
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Support integrations with Veeva Vault CRM (if applicable)
- Perform testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
- Provide production support and troubleshoot CRM issues
- Ensure compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM
- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain
- Understanding of Veeva configuration, workflows, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Veeva Vault / Align / Network
- Exposure to global or multi-country CRM implementations
