Greet customers and resolve questions or concerns in a professional manner;
Process checkouts, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle payments accurately;
Identify and pick customer orders to ensure accurate and fresh delivery;
Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, promotions, and store layout to assist customers;
Follow safety, sanitation, and PPE procedures and assist in other departments as needed
