Pezz Electrical Service LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who is confident in installing residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. • Install and configure a variety of HVAC systems, including:
  • Furnaces and Air Handlers
  • Central Air Conditioning Units
  • Boilers and Heat Pumps
  • Mini-Split Systems and Package RTU Units
• Follow installation blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure systems are installed per local code and safety regulations
• Perform quality checks and startup tests post-installation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and service vehicle
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
• Accurately document all installation activities and materials used

5+ years of HVAC installation experience in residential and light-commercial settings

Solid understanding of system layouts, ductwork, and startup procedures

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues on-site

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Highly adaptable and willing to learn new methods and technologies

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

No formal certification required, but experience is essential
