Veterinary Reception Manager/Client Service Representative (CSR) | Swing Shift

Our client's hospital is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative/Reception Manager to join their front desk team on the evening swing shift! $24–$28/hour (commensurate with experience)

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone, setting the tone for a positive hospital experience
• Schedule appointments, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate patient flow with the medical team
• Process payments, maintain accurate client and patient records, and handle medical record requests
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, including during emotional or high-stress situations
• Support the veterinary team by relaying client concerns, triaging calls, and helping manage a busy front‑of‑house during evening hours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Required:
  
  Prior experience as a receptionist or client service representative
• Preferred:
  Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• A calm, friendly demeanor and genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
• Comfortable working independently during evening hours and available for weekend shifts
