# Middle School - In-House Substitute Teacher/Homework Club Facilitator Hillsborough Campus - Hillsborough, CA 94010

Education Level4 Year Degree Category Education Nueva  School is seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as an in-house substitute teacher/homework club facilitator for the middle school division at the school. The in-house substitute teacher's work typically centers on implementing lesson plans in a range of classrooms, supervising recesses and lunchtimes, and supporting other staff on projects or other duties when not in the classroom.

This is a full-time role that follows the academic calendar. Typical work hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the Middle School In-House Sub/Homework Club Facilitator. In the afternoon, you transition to facilitating Homework Club, where you supervise and support middle school students from 3:15 to 6:00 pm. You create a quiet, welcoming, and kind space for self-directed learning, helping students manage their time and stay focused.

On days when students do not have homework, you lead activities or games that build community and engagement.
