Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.90 - $29.81/hour. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or incentive program.

We are currently hiring a CDL A Driver to join our Shop Team to support the future growth of the Company.

• Shuttle commercial vehicles to be repaired or post repairs between our maintenance shop and our customers in the surrounding area – be home every evening.
• Pick up and deliver parts from local parts stores/distribution centers back to our maintenance shop.
• Provide excellent customer service by exceeding customers’ expectations.
• Contribute to achievement of Maintenance Shop department goals and objectives.
• Make parts runs to parts stores and deliver to shops and mobile techs.
• Assist with maintaining the parts shelves for the techs.
• Assist with shop cleanliness.
• Pick up customer trailers with our tractor and deliver to shop and other yards.
• Pick up and deliver customer trucks.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Attend management meetings when requested.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. A different combination, such as a higher degree or 5 years’ experience, may also be acceptable.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required. Candidate must hold a valid state-of-residence CDL‑A driver’s license and maintain their Driver Qualification File.
• Between 1 and 3 years of CDL driving experience.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment.
• The ability to read/follow maps, routes, and GPS system.
• Experience demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional customer service to external and internal contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Dependable, organized and committed.
• Positive attitude, good instincts, and self‑motivation.
• Familiarity with the local geography.
• High energy, positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Resourceful and motivated.
