The Administrative Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hillsborough, NC. This position supports daily office operations by managing correspondence and maintaining organized records and files. The role includes assisting with customer inquiries, preparing and processing basic financial and purchasing documents. The Administrative Coordinator also helps with data entry, updates to internal systems, and general reception duties to ensure a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external partners. We answer every phone call, and your voice will be the first our customers hear.
- Administrative assistance and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, coordinating schedules, and supporting office operations.
- Basic finance-related skills, such as processing invoices, expense reports, or purchase orders with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools) and comfort learning new systems. Quickbooks experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role preferred; experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
- 2 year degree business administration or a related field is required. Additional related education is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
