Automotive Service Advisor Apprentice

Hillsborough Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in automotive service. As a Service Advisor Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced Service Advisors to learn the service process from the ground up while supporting daily department operations.

This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, offering exposure to customer interaction, scheduling, parts coordination, and dealership workflow, while preparing you for potential advancement.

• Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Assist Service Advisors with daily operations and customer follow‑up
• Greet customers and help facilitate a smooth check‑in process
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Shuttle customers to and from their destination as needed
• Pick up and deliver parts to support service operations
• Maintain organized service files and assist with documentation
• Communicate effectively with advisors, technicians, and parts staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive service department
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for shuttle driving)
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check
