Ted's Air, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to support continued growth in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area. As a trusted name in residential home services, Ted’s is expanding its sales team with professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems.

This role is well-suited for a consultative sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and guiding them through important home comfort decisions.

The Comfort Advisor serves as the primary point of contact in the home, evaluating needs, presenting options, and recommending heating and cooling solutions that align with customer priorities.

High performers regularly achieve six-figure incomes, with typical on-target earnings ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 based on results.

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns
• Educate customers on system options, efficiency, and long-term value
• Deliver a professional, low-pressure sales experience focused on trust
• Createaccurateproposals and present financing options when applicable
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers
• Partner with installation and service teams for a seamless customer experience
• Consistently achieve performance targets whileoperatingwith integrity

• Proven success in in-home or consultative sales

• Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools
