Hillsborough CDJR is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to closing the sale.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
• Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience or strong interest in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
