Qualified Professional, Mental Health Counselor

• Deliver therapy and support to clients on the waitlist in their homes, in the community, or via telehealth
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical coverage when required
• Connect clients and families with vital community resources and services
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality care
• Strengthen relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to outreach, education, and marketing efforts promoting Amethyst’s programs
• Support clients from the first point of contact

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• At least one year of post-graduate counseling experience
• Bilingual/Spanish fluency is a PLUS

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
